Embedded RFID - RFIX
RFIX tags can be embedded into the PCB between the layers of a multi-layer board during manufacture. The RFIX component could either be a standard RFID tag or a wireless node with additional processing power, sensor integration and embedded services for product health checks, condition monitoring or networked communication with other components in a product.
